Salestack will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of an unauthorized use of a username/password or account.

For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for any of our features at any time. If you don’t like any changes, you can stop using our Sites at any time.
Please do not use the Sites in a way that violates any laws, infringes on anyone’s rights, is offensive, or interferes with the Sites or any features on the Sites (including any technological measures we employ to enforce these Terms).
We reserve the right to take down Content, Features, terminate your account, prohibit you from using the Sites, and take appropriate legal actions.

If you believe any Content on the Services infringes your copyrights, you may request that remove the Content from the Services (or disable access to that Content) by following the instructions.
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of care and promise to do our best to make sure you enjoy the Services.
We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, computer failure any Virus or the violation of your rights by any third party.
We are provide email automation software but we are not taking any type guarantee all email will sent and email will be go in inbox.
If you need integrate any third party api or additional changes or additional development we will develop after confirmation of management team if possible and it will be chargeable.
The integration will remain active as long as Third Party provides the integration service.
We may modify these Terms at any time so be sure to check back regularly. By continuing to use or log in to a Site after these Terms have changed, you indicate your agreement to the revised Terms.
Subscription Charges :
The Subscription Charges are based on the Service Plans you choose and are payable in full of your Account. You will receive Invoice/receipt of each payment done by you.
Payment methods :
You may pay the Subscription Charges through Your credit card, or other accepted payment method as specified in a Form.
Renewal :
If the Subscription is going to expire then you need to renew your Subscription by making payment according to mentioned Plan. If you will not pay then your service will be stop you can’t access your Login & Data.
Refunds :
All Subscription Charges are nonrefundable. No refunds shall be issued for partial use or non-use of the Service by you provided.
Late Payments/Non-payment of Subscription Charges :
You can check your Subscription Expiry date on the Website. We must receive payments within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date of Expiry. If we do not receive payment within the foregoing time period then we will remove/suspend your access & your data. We will not responsible for your data recovery.
Upgrades :
You may upgrade Your Account at any time during Your Subscription Term. When you upgrade the new Subscription Charges then your Subscription expiry date will be change according to your plan chosen.
Applicable Taxes :
The Subscription Charges do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments, including value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes assessable by any local, state, provincial or foreign jurisdiction. You are responsible for paying the Taxes that would be levied against you by government authorities. We will invoice you for such Taxes if we believe we have a legal obligation to do so and you agree to pay such Taxes if so invoiced.
We shall not be liable to you or any other third party for suspension or termination of Your Account, or access to and use the Service, if such suspension or termination is in accordance with these Terms.
Free trial Customers :
If you are on a free trial for any of Our Service(s), Your Account may be suspended or terminated in the following manner:
We may suspend your access to and use of Your Account or the Service if you are in violation of the Terms. Your Account shall be terminated and all associated Service Data shall be deleted immediately and permanently.
We will terminate Your Account at any time on or before the expiry of your free trial. In such cases, all associated Service Data shall be deleted immediately and permanently.
Customers on a Service Plan :
If you are on a Service Plan for any of Our Service, Your Account may be suspended or terminated in the following manner:
In addition to suspension for late payment or non-payment of Subscription Charges, We may suspend your access to and use of Your Account or the Service if you are in violation of the Terms. Your Account shall be terminated.
We may suspend Your Account upon expiry or non-renewal of Your Subscription Term. Your Account shall be terminated and all associated Service Data shall be deleted immediately and permanently.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Service Data that we Process. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your Service Data.
During Your Subscription you can import your data into CRM.
Apart from the communications specified in Our Privacy Notice, We may contact you directly via e-mail to notify for any kind of service or terms.
This is not a Business Whatsapp API and we integrated third party api.
We are (Salestack crm and Rosix Technology) is not responsible for getting any issues or query for whatsapp.
We are providing sending message only and we are not giving any commitment for whatsapp message.
If block any whatsapp number or any accounts then we are not responsible for that.
Whatsapp can block your number any time if you not follow whatsapp policy and terms & conditions so you must follow whatsapp terms & policy.
Whatsapp Credit balance is not refundable and money back is not possible in any situation or case.
We are not providing any marketing & promotional software you can not use for bulk activity or sending.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Terms and or your use of the Services resides in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
