1. Go to CRM Menu -> Projects -> Project Milestones Menu.
2. Select the data which recorded in Project Milestones.
3. Click button in the top Left. and click Add Tag menu under more button.
4. Open Tag popup and Enter the information related to the Tag.
5. click Save Button.
