1. Go to CRM Menu -> Settings -> CRM Settings -> Configuration -> Picklist Dependency.
2. Click + add Picklist Dependency button.
3. Select Module, Source Field, Target Field.
4.Click Save Button.
5. Check PickList Dependency.
