1. Go to CRM Menu -> Settings -> Manage Users -> Groups .
2. Click + Add Group in the top right.You’ll be navigated to Creating New Group view.
4. Enter the information related to the Group and Save the form.
=> Enter Group Name
=> Enter Group Members
5. Check Groups List.
