1. Go to CRM Menu -> Settings -> Manage Users -> Profiles.
2. Click + Add Profiles in the top right.You’ll be navigated to Creating New Profile with Privileges Rights to use CRM.
4. Enter Profile name with Description & set Privileges Rights and click on Save.
5. Check Profiles List.
