How to setup webform in Lead?
1. Go to CRM Menu -> Marketing -> Lead Menu
2. Click Customize button in the top right. and Click Setup Webforms Menu
3. Enter the information related to the webform and Save webform
=> From Webform information
=> User Assignment
=> Lead Field Information
Click Save button
