How to Create Tickets?

1. Go to CRM Menu.

2. Click Tickets Menu under Support menu.

3. Click + Add Tickets in the top right.You’ll be navigated to Creating New Tickets view.

4. Enter the information related to the Tickets Form and Save the form.

5. Check Tickets List.
