How to Send Email through Tickets Field?
1. Go to CRM Menu -> Support -> Tickets Menu.
2. Select the data which recorded in Tickets.
3. Click button in the top Left. and click Send Email menu under more button.
4. Open email popup and Enter the information related to the email.
5. click Send email Button.
