1. Go to CRM Menu -> Support -> Tickets Menu
2. Click Customize button in the top right. and Click Setup Webforms Menu
3. Enter the information related to the webform and Save webform
=> From Webform information
=> User Assignment
=> Tickets Field Information
4. Click Save button
