1. Go to CRM Menu -> Support -> Tickets Menu.
2. Click Customize button in the top right. and Click Mail Converter Menu.
3. Click Create Mailbox now.
4. Enter the information related to the Mail Converter Form and Save the form.
5. Check Mail Converter.
