How to use TAGS in Tickets Field?

1. Go to CRM Menu -> Support -> Tickets Menu.

2. Select the data which recorded in Tickets.

3. Click button in the top Left. and click Add Tag menu under more button.

4. Open Tag popup and Enter the information related to the Tag.

5. click Save Button.

 

How to bifurcate data in using taging system?
